Captain’s Grill.. Where Dining Is A Lavish Experience

Captain"s Grill, one of three restaurants at the Sheraton Langkawi Beach Resort, is an award-winning fine cuisine restaurant built overlooking the stunning Andaman Sea. Sip on a glass of sparkling Moët & Chandon as you take in the breathtaking sunset; or enjoy an al fresco gourmet dinner of grilled fresh succulent seafood and meats, accompanied by some of the finest wines in the world.
Guests at Captain"s Grill are spoilt for choice with the exciting a la carte menu, in which every tantalizing dish is thoughtfully created to reflect a fusion of Mediterranean, Western and Asian influences. You can commence with Marinated Salmon and Prawn Terrine with Roasted Balsamic Tomato Salsa and Wasabi Cream, accompanied by a glass of 2003 Matua Valley Sauvignon Blanc; then move on to a delectable combination of Beef and Lemongrass Lobster with Pine Nut Salsa and Mesclun served in a Focaccia Ring with Merlot Jus, coupled with a 2002 Rosemount Estate Merlot to heighten the taste. Last but definitely not the least, wrap up the meal on a sweet note by indulging in a Marquise Black Forest. After all, we only live once.
If you"d prefer to have more say in what goes on your plate, feast your eyes on our display of fresh seafood and local produce, and treat yourself to a selection which the chef will grill especially for you. Captain"s Grill also presents “Wines of the World”, a list of carefully selected wines from around the globe, from California to France to Australia.
