The appointed travel agents have agreed to process visa applications regardless of whether the applicants are using their other tourism-related services. The travel agents will charge a service fee of approximately $20 for each application.
The High Commission will process all visa applications submitted through the appointed travel agents within three days. In the case of a visa application being denied, the applicant can appeal directly to the High Commission for reconsideration. The applicant may be called for an interview.
