Guests can now indulge in the luxurious Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed
Sheraton Langkawi Beach Resort has recently completed a full refurbishment of 120 of their 231 rooms and suites, and has become the first and only resort in Asia Pacific at the moment to feature the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed. As part of the RM10 million (USD2.63 million) renovation project of the hotel, the new guest rooms are now fitted with the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed, and new furnishings are designed to better reflect Sheraton"s signature style of warmth, yet with a touch of modern style.
By the end of 2005, 176 rooms and suites will be fully refurbished, while 56 rooms will have gone through soft refurbishment. Plans are also underway to introduce High Speed Internet Access and Wi-Fi to the resort in the near future.
Guests can now indulge in The Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed - a luxurious nine layer custom designed bed featuring an 11.5 inch thick, high coil count Sealy Posturepedic mattress with allergy sensitive pillows and crisp cotton sheets. The spacious 52 sq meters refurbished rooms are of a contemporary design with fresh, lively colours, romantic shutters between the bedroom and bathroom, a large 29 inch television and a day bed on the private balcony.
